This data will be stored and used exclusively for answering your queries or contacting you and for the related technical administration. Your data will be deleted upon the final processing of your query if you so request and provided that no legal retention periods are opposed to the deletion.

2) Passing on personal data for order processing
2.1 In the course of the contract processing, the personal data gathered by us will be passed on to the carrier contracted by us, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the products.

2.2 In the case of payment via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – by means of “purchase on invoice” via PayPal, we will pass on your payment data within the scope of the payment processing to PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter “PayPal”). PayPal reserves conducting a credit check if the payment methods of credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – “purchase on invoice” via PayPal are used. The result of the credit check with regard to the statistical probability of default will be used by PayPal for the purpose of deciding on the provision of the respective payment method. The credit information can contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are considered in the result of the credit check, these are based on a scientifically proven mathematical statistical process. 3) Cookies
