You have a warranty of two years from the purchase date on your bastian jewellery for material and processing defects.
To use our warranty service, you can either submit the defective piece of jewellery that you have acquired from bastian Online Trade GmbH & Co. KG including the invoice within a period of two years to the dealer to whom you had the jewellery delivered or send it directly to us. Please always note that bastian jewellery that was purchased directly from an authorised jewellery store must be exclusively returned there along with the purchase receipt and it cannot be sent directly to bastian.
Your jewellery will be repaired free of charge within this two-year time limit. If this is not possible or if a repair is unreasonable, the purchase price will be refunded to you or you will receive a free replacement delivery. If the product is no longer available, you will receive credit. The warranty does not apply in cases of improper handling, external repairs, careless treatment or if the jewellery was damaged, e.g. in the course of an accident. As a precaution in your own interest, we would like to point out to that you should send the defective piece of jewellery exclusively by registered letter or parcel to us. We do not accept any liability for damages, loss or theft in the course of transport. Please always enclose a copy of the receipt for the incurred postage costs to your return shipment, so that we can refund these costs to you if your warranty claim applies.
