Shipping and payment terms
Deliveries are made exclusively inside of Germany. When ordering from our online shop, no minimum order value
applies. The shipment costs are EUR 4.90 if you have the parcel delivered to your home. In alternative, you have the
option of having the parcel sent free of charge to a bastian dealer of your choice who is listed in the dealers’
directory and pick it up from there.
The costs for any return will be borne by bastian Online Trade GmbH
& Co. KG. The delivery period for immediately available pieces of jewellery is about 3-5 working days and the
delivery will be made through our logistics partner DHL respectively between Monday and Saturday.
You can
pay for the products by means of the following payment methods:
- Direct transfer
- Purchase against invoicing
- Credit card
- PayPal
